Kinder Bueno Cheesecake - NO BAKE NO GELATINE

After the big success of the NY baked Cheesecake here we go with a new exciting recipe, a cold Cheesecake with Kinder Bueno and Nutella.

It's such an easy and tasty recipe, ideal for choco lovers.


Ingredients


1kg Mascarpone

500gr single cream

125gr butter

100gr caster sugar

250gr cocoa biscuits

2tbs Nutella

6 Kinder Bueno (for the mix)

Step by step:


  1. Blend the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Set in the tray and cool it down in the fridge.

  2. Add the sugar to the mascarpone. TIP: This will make the Mascarpone softer.

  3. Add the Nutella and Kinder Buenos to the mascarpone.

  4. Whip the cream. TIP: The ideal temperature for the cream it's 4ºC. If need it, cool down the bowl.

  5. Add the cream to the Mascarpone. TIP: When you add anything to a whipped mix, always do it gently and from the bottom to the top.

  6. Assemble the mix in the cake tray and cool it down for 2 hours.

  7. Decorate with some more Kinder Bueno.
