These easy and delicious pancakes are perfect for breakfast or brunch, you can enjoy them sweet or savoury... or eat them straight from the pan as I do...
I want to share with you the nutritional value for these pancakes made by my friend the Dra. Gaia Poggi at the end of this post. If you are on diet or building your muscles, and want to see some pancakes with more proteins or less fat, let me know in the comments.
I want to share with you this easy recipe that will make up to 10-12 medium size pancakes. All you need it's a pan... Let's see that shopping list.
Shopping list:
145 gr flour
150 ml of milk
2 eggs
4gr baking power
20 gr melted butter
66 gr sugar

Step by step:
1. In a large bowl, we mix the sugar with the eggs.
2. After we add the flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt and half of the milk. Once everything it's well mixed we add the rest of the milk.
3. In the end, we add the melted butter.
4. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, so the butter can get it's consistency back.
5. Next is the best part, we warm up our pan with a bit of olive oil and start cooking our mix.
Simply delicious!
